Your role

Be the privileged link with carriers and customers via Interxion processes for the delivery of parcels (70% in English)
Parcel management in the various tracking tools
Weekly follow-up with customers (from the templates provided) and in coordination with the customer support project manager
Ensure that stocks are kept in good order (storage, relevance of keeping in stock, etc.)
Maintain stock files and distribute them, whatever the types of stock (customer, ICT, PPE, Ops, etc.)
Design and organization of storage spaces to optimize stock management
Demonstrate pro-activity and strength of proposal to optimize and improve existing tools / processes
