Senior Manager, Sales Analytics & Intelligence

Your role

The Senior Manager of Sales Analytics and Intelligence will lead the Analytics and Reporting team in EMEA that facilitates insights, with a focus on supporting the EMEA Sales organization. They will play a key part in driving collaboration and building alignment across a range of stakeholders in the global team to identify value creation opportunities, leverage best practices and optimize resource utilisation. S/he will conduct needs analyses and develop resources to address gaps and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone currently with experience in the fields of data analytics, business intelligence or business analysis and is looking to broaden the impact of their expertise and enjoys the excitement and challenges of equipping a sales team with resources to excel.

What you’ll need

Sales Analytics

  • In partnership with the Sales and Marketing Organizations, provide analysis to support business decisions and planning for Sales Strategy and Planning, Sales Leadership, Marketing and other associated organizations.
  • Work with the sales team to help them understand their data, business challenges and identifying opportunities to derive value from data.
  • Supports value-add analysis, incl. trends and comparatives, and interpretation of Sales reporting and KPI’s, together with recommended actions to improve performance
  • Acting as a data subject matter expert within the team to provide support and guidance where applicable

Sales Reporting

  • Supports the identification and definition of all Sales management information and related KPI’s required across the company
  • Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyse business functions and key operations and performance metrics, intended to support day-to-day sales management.
  • Looks to continuously improve the generation and presentation of Sales reporting and KPI’s on a consistent and efficient basis across Digital Realty.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate data collection and reporting
  • Identifies and ensures there are reliable and accurate data sources to meet Sales reporting needs
  • Implements robust processes for the complete, accurate and timely generation of all Sales reporting and KPIs in line with Digital Realty’s requirements and timescales. Documents this process and key definitions.
