Your role

According to the strategic and operational orientations given by the Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager and under his/her supervision, the HR Officer is in charge of the administrative follow-up of the personnel management in accordance with the current legislation and the company's policy.

What you’ll need

- Upstream preparation of contracts and amendments and verification by the Manager
- Follow-up of mobility (amendments, modifications in Oracle, in the follow-up tables)
- Follow-up of medical visits (from both occupational physicians in Paris and Marseille)
- Follow-up of trial periods (place the MR in the agendas, transmit the form, fill in the follow-up tables, termination letter)
- Creation of the DPAE in a timely manner 
- Maintaining the dashboards (monitoring the workforce, co-optation, etc.)
- Affiliation/registration to the mutual insurance and provident fund
- Follow-up of foreign employees and foreign employee introduction files
- Systematic follow-up and updating of individual computer files (HRIS, G:), scanning of documents,
- Follow-up of the annual HR audit and action plan to be implemented
- Liaise with Headquarters on new developments and updates to be applied in the HRIS
- Point of contact for employees for questions related to administrative management (employer certificates, leave, expense reports, training...) 
- Onboarding, creation of a communication plan, attachment of documents in Oracle, provision of electrical clearances
- Follow-up on work-study students (contracts, OPCO), and work-study students (internship agreement)
- Follow-up of POs and invoices (taxe pro, Amet, ADP, TR, Training ...)
- Offboarding: take the employee out of Oracle, update the follow-up tables, recover the material and return it to the concerned parties...)
- Exit interview 
- Payroll: general backup, putting absences on the HR kiosk, monthly extraction, reconciliation ADP/Oracle, 
- Sickness/maternity/paternity follow-up: recording of absences, completion of the ADP file to be transmitted, ensuring the conformity of salary certificates, follow-up of subrogations.
- CSR follow-up 
- Inserting and sending TRs  
- Management of externals (creation of accounts, follow-up of end dates, etc.)

HR Communication
- Creation of communication support on HR processes and other documents for external or internal use (company intranet) (update of information on Connexion, monthly HR communication)
- Support of the team and the HRD on teambuildings
- Coordination of workshops ("HR café") for employees
- Monitoring of HR conferences related to our themes and news

Social action
- Management of the 1% housing scheme (planning webinars, answering questions, helping employees with their applications)
- Act as a link with the Disability partnerships in conjunction with the HR Manager (organize the Disability Week, set up actions, find a new partnership)
