Position Title:  Sr. Associate, HR Operations

Location: Dallas, TX

Your role

This position offers you the opportunity to expand your skills and experience as you support the Digital Realty global HR Operations team through a variety of administrative tasks, data entry updates, answering employee’s questions, managing the HR tickets and more. You'll join the largest data center provider in the world and learn about the department and its services from a highly-talented and experienced team. What you’ll do

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining data in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), monitoring and assigning HR tickets to the appropriate contact, and ensuring compliance within our systems. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining positions in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Managing Contractor records in Oracle HCM, including onboarding, offboarding and updating other data
  • Managing HR Tickets
  • Assisting employees to resolve their HR questions
  • Processing all employee terminations in Oracle HCM
  • Data validation, including developing, implementing and running audits to ensure data integrity within Oracle
  • General administration tasks such as maintaining mail, creating FedEx labels, etc.

What you’ll need

To be a strong fit for the Sr. Associate, HR Operations opportunity, you should have:

  • +2 years of related administrative / data entry experience
  • Experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with strict attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple activities and priorities
  • A professional and articulate presence and comfort communicating with employees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong writing skills including accurate grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to express ideas clearly in written and verbal communications
  • A strong sense of ownership and goal driven personality
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to achieve goals independently
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Oracle experience a plus
  • Service Now experience a plus
