The Service Planning Coordinator (SPC) oversees and coordinates all service requests and manages Routing and Allocation of post-installation requests coming from different systems like Service Now, Ultimo, ECSC, Customer portal. Moreover. you will be handling the administration regarding installation and/or de-installation of Cross connects / Cloud connects, Migration, Multi-home and Pre-Cabling. You will be monitoring SLA’s and provide reporting. The Service Planning Coordinator will liaise with local management, customers, suppliers and consultants both internal and external, as well as HQ senior managers
You are an important contributor to a stable and well-organized department in order to release the facilities team from administrative and organizational burden. Internal contact is with the Operations function and within local office. There is a strong interface with ESCS, Customer Services, Facility Management and Finance. External contact with suppliers and sub-contractors.
