Position Title:  Senior Manager, Platform

Location: Remote

Your role

The Senior Manager will be a key member of the team that activates a multi-year go-to-market plan to amplify bookings and pipeline across Products (Interconnection, Colocation, Scale) and Segments (Enterprise and Service Provider).

The goal is to make PlatformDIGITAL™ the number one Global Data Center Provider that integrates cloud, core and edge to solve data gravity and enable intelligent digital business. 

What you’ll do

You will be a technical content individual contributor that splits time between product marketing and solution packaging.  This requires applying your experience and understanding of client requirements and behaviors combined with continuous market sensing and validation.  You will foster relationships by working closely with product management, solution architects, and marketing. 

  • Build technical content for Solution Packaging and Product Marketing
  • Work with Solution Architects and Sales Engineers to capture customer deployment data and input into the Pervasive Datacenter Architecture PDx toolkit
  • Own go-to-market process for new product and partner enabled solutions
  • Partner with partner and business development teams on launch and activation of joint solution offers in the field
  • Steward of customer deployment profiles

What you’ll need

  • Broad expertise in IT Services with an understanding of data & applications, networking and cloud architectures
  • Superior communication skills and expertise, technical solutions background
  • 10+ years of experience in data center, network, applications & data technology
  • Understanding of SDN and SD data center infrastructure
  • Proficient on cloud capabilities in terms of public, private and hybrid
  • Understanding of network service provider & cloud service provider products and how they are consumed
  • Working knowledge of the multi-tenant data center marketplace & ecosystems
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign a plus
