Overview
Your role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our Human Resources team. Acting as the first point of contact for all employees, you will coach and develop colleagues in scope, monitoring the proper implementation of HR policies in accordance with legislation and guidance. You will support with performance management, training and development and you will deliver advice to managers on all employee relations and absence cases. You will also work with our payroll team, providing monthly reporting and managing the company's payroll and pension. The successful applicant will have a generalist background and will be responsible for certain client groups.
