Digital Realty’s Marketing Manager, APAC (SG and AU) will play a lead role in designing, implementing and executing marketing programmes and events for both Markets with the goal of increasing awareness of the company, generating qualified leads and accelerating the progression of opportunities in the sales pipeline. The candidate will be responsible creating and executing demand campaigns, working closely on campaigns with the local country sales team. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring performance and reporting on results to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of the marketing programmes.


Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning and execution with sales & marketing stakeholders to build marketing programmes that will increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates mainly for Digital Realty in Singapore and Australia.
  • Manage marketing activities, in partnership with sales, including identifying target accounts (customers and prospects), developing strategy and executing campaigns with the support of cross-functional teams.
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Adwords, digital advertisements to increase brand awareness and drive leads through our website, social media platforms.
  • Create and harness social media like LinkedIn, Twitter to deliver brand awareness and engagement for Digital Realty in APAC.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and attendance
  • Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with sales and marketing teams
  • Lead on local digital content and activities.
  • Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets


Essential Education/Skills/Knowledge

  • Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of B2B experience in marketing across a variety of disciplines such as campaign design and execution, events, digital marketing
  • Essential to speak English and other languages an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, in a matrix structure and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; ability to multitask and effectively manage time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail; demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external clients
  • Proven negotiation, problem-solving, organization and project management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Marketo and Salesforce platform an advantage
