The Service Planning Support Coordinator (SPSC) coordinates all service requests and manages routing/allocation of requests coming from different systems and sources like ServiceNow, our ECSC and the Customer portal. The SPC & sees to it that all information is acquired and appropriate resources are allocated to execute the work within the SLA. As an SPC & I, you are in a control tower position. Acting like the glue of the whole Operations department you keep an eye on the budgeting/forecast process and the operational/capital expenditures. If help is needed you support the other (operational) teams, you are a true centipede for our organization.
