Position: Oracle HCM Solutions Architect

Are you passionate about solving end user issues, and providing solutions to enable efficiency in HR Information Systems. Here within Digital Realty’s HRIS department, we pride ourselves in our ability to focus on improving the performance of our HR Information Systems to ensure our organization is optimizing technology for our HR organization.  The Digital Realty HRIS team work closely with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other groups to implement and maintain quality and system focused solutions. 


The Requirements

  • Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS or Peoplesoft. Any experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Peoplesoft Integration Broker or other middleware product is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical abilities.
  • Willing to learn a range of business or technical specialties based on business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Technical foundation in software development languages and methodologies as well as software development experience with Java, PL/SQL, and Web Services.

The Role

The Oracle HCM Solutions Architect is responsible for building data migration strategy, consulting on data privacy and auditing best practices. Working with peers to continuously improve delivery model and provide the most value to business while increasing project delivery efficiency.  The Solutions Architect will need to have a strong customer service ethos, and be capable of interacting with business analysts and business teams to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, integration and conversions for Oracle HCM modules. The incumbent must be detail oriented, capable of collaborating with a global team of technicians delivering technical solutions, exhibit critical thinking and problem analysis, and communicate professionally in a timely manner with the ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly. 



  • Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert        
  • Hands-on configuration working with technical and functional set up across ORC, Core HR, Time and Absence, Benefits, Performance Management and Workforce Compensation modules
  • Build a strong understanding of the enterprise application topology
  • Orchestrate integration strategy between HCM/ERP cloud and downstream systems
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical design and documentation
  • Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support
  • Drive the troubleshooting & resolution of issues identified by the business
  • Design, Document and Perform Unit Testing to validate product functionality
  • Design and execution of implementation and testing, executive and internal communications, and the ability to work independently
