Your Role
- Supporting in the commercial management of the entire ordering process, internal and external audits, complaint processing and collection costs
- Processing and maintenance of products and vendor information
- Acting as a contact person for inquiries to suppliers in consultation with all departments
- Supporting contract negotiations and conclusion of terms and conditions with suppliers
- Participation in international key account projects (Capex/Opex/strategic) together with internal departments
- Responsible for maintaining the local procurement document management system
Your Profile
- Vocational degree in a commercial field (e.g. Real Estate Agent, Industrial Clerk, Retail Dealer)
- Min. 2 years of experience in Purchasing, especially technical products and services
- Expert in MS Office applications
- Skilled knowledge in procurement of technical products and services in the data center area or building services engineering
- First experience in contract law and KPI tracking
- Fluent in German and English
