POSITION: Sr. Manager – UX Content & Strategy


We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced UX Content Strategist to join our Global Digital Experience Team.   You will help build strategic and integrated content programs that deliver compelling stories for our expanding portfolio of websites. This role will centralize digital content development across the organization, produce, write, and edit content.  The content will support all stages of the marketing funnel to drive brand awareness, educate customer and prospects, generate demand, and engage users in a holistic, solutions-first and value driven narrative.


  • Build engaging content for our global websites that reflect Digital Realty’s brand voice as an industry leader
  • Shape unique insights-led narratives that position Digital Realty’s market position, value proposition, products and thought leadership to global digital audiences
  • Develop a deep understanding of Digital Realty customer segments and their user journeys, identifying key problems and ways our content can better serve their needs
  • Spotlight Digital Realty’s core use cases through compelling storytelling and key experience features
  • Conduct research with in-house and external subject matter experts to understand key market trends, challenges, and opportunities to support Digital Realty’s insights-led content development
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across global functions including brand, communications, creative, field marketing, product marketing, partner marketing and events teams to develop outstanding content, building scalable production methods to continuously improve results
  • Manage an editorial content calendar to promote new content from product releases to resource assets ensuring that our site’s content remains fresh
  • Develop content strategies that support Digital Realty’s SEO strategy
  • Measure & analyze content effectiveness for each content channel

  • Excellent and engaging written, verbal, and visual communication skills with 5+ years of related marketing experience
  • Skilled at crafting both long-form content and real-time (immediate) content, along with distribution strategies and tactics
  • Analytic mindset with the ability to breakdown complex concepts into compelling storylines and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Technical depth to understand the value props, gaps, differentiators, or ask the right questions to discover them
  • Strategic approach who seeks ways to continually differentiate and stay ahead of market trends
  • An outstanding writer with attention to details like voice and tone
  • A proactive global collaboration partner: you know how to help cross-functional teams work smarter, not harder, and continuously iterate and innovate on existing systems and workflows
  • Experience in a B2B platform environment and proficiency with B2B marketing best practices
  • A strong portfolio of content projects you’ve led, with demonstrable customer and business impact

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Technical industry experience desirable
  • Prior work with global UX teams in an agile framework
