We are currently looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) in Human Resources, with focus on the administrative support for the HR department.

Time Tracking System management
Meeting scheduling
Sickleave tracking, Reporting & Archiving
HR Documentation Administration
Joiners / Leavers updates
Post administration
Certifications, recommendations issuing
Powerpoint Presentations

Your Profil

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills
Willingness to learn
Teamplayer
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English and German
