Overview
As a Site Operations Team Lead (f/m/d), you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance operations, installations, and customer services to maximize power consumption efficiency and data center uptime.
Your Role
- Operational and disciplinary leadership and development of the members of the team
- Ensuring that daily site processes are carried out, which includes workload management, DC Infrastructure Monitoring (BMS, Event Management) and Incident Management
- Ensuring compliance with company policies (Quality, Health & Safety, Maintenance) and local regulations as defined in the register
- Ensuring customer SLA’s, internal OLA’s and outcome quality requirements are met
- Being involved in Site tours, internal audits and customer audits & meetings
- Contributing to operational functional groups, chaired by the regional Operations
Your Profile
- Vocational qualification in a technical field or local equivalent education
- Min. 5 years of experience in a technical or electrical environment, involving direct customer contact
- Proven experience in team leadership (professional & disciplinary)
- Good knowledge of ITIL or equivalent process framework
- Skilled with large scale electrical power supply and climate control systems
- Fluent in English and German
