Overview
Your role
As the EMEA Sales Strategy Leader you will be responsible for in-house enablement programs intended to raise efficiency and overall productivity of the Global Sales & Marketing organization in support of corporate goals and objectives.
You will also be responsible for providing recommendations and guidance to the EMEA Sales leadership team on the GTM architecture and implementation, headcount allocation and application of sales resources, both current and future, to maximise the productivity of the Sales Organization.
Reporting to the Senior Director of EMEA Sales Operations, you will collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
The ideal individual for this position will be someone currently in a Sales or Sales Enablement and Strategy leadership role who is looking to broaden the impact of their expertise and enjoys the excitement and challenges of equipping a sales team with resources to excel.
