The EMEA Sales and Partner Enablement lead will be responsible for providing innovative and technical direction in enabling our sellers and partner ecosystem in support of our corporate goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will be involved with in-house enablement programs intended to raise efficiency and overall productivity of the Global Sales organization. S/he will also manage the global Partner Enablement program to drive our Partner’s sales success and expand Digital Realty opportunities.
Reporting to the Senior Director of EMEA Sales Operations, this role requires the individual to collaborate with stakeholders in Channel and Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, Operations, and other cross-functional teams. S/He will conduct needs analyses and develop resources to address gaps and opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate for this position will be someone currently in a Partner and/or Sales Enablement leadership role who is looking to broaden the impact of their expertise and enjoys the excitement and challenges of equipping a sales team with resources to excel.
