POSITION: 

Sr. Compensation Analyst

OPPORTUNITY SNAPSHOT:

The Senior Compensation Analyst will provide complex data analytics and modeling to ensure that Digital Realty’s compensation programs are competitive, effective, and compliant and that compensation investments support organizational objectives.  This role offers the opportunity to make an impact at one of the largest full-service data center providers in the world. We are looking for an innovative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused senior analyst who loves working with complex data sets to join our Total Rewards team.

WHAT ROLE WILL BE DOING:

  • Contribute to project planning, management, and delivery of the global annual compensation review process.
  • Contribute to design, implementation and administration of annual incentive & other variable pay programs.  
  • Contribute to the effective delivery of executive compensation, equity compensation, and the employee stock purchase program.
  • Contribute to global compensation
  • Develop reports and analyses to improve organization decision-making and team effectiveness.
  • Respond to a variety of inquiries (including, but not limited to job evaluations, market assessments, and offers/counteroffers), providing balanced and timely solutions.
  • Continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  • Maintain current knowledge of compensation trends and regulations.  Make recommendations for needed changes to existing programs, policies, and procedures.

WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES:

  • 3+ years in a compensation, data analytics, finance, HR or a similar analytical role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytic and Excel skills.  Ability to analyze, synthesize, visualize, and draw conclusions from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills.  Ability to develop executive-quality presentations and present complex topics in an easy-to-understand and visually-compelling format.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with customers/clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and respond to changing business requirements.
