Responsible for the operational support and administrative management of the Human Resources department so that processes are adhered to, executed and for HR to fulfill its obligations to the company.
Responsible for improving the appropriate HR processes and procedures. Handling of all administrative HR tasks; support the implementation of policies and HR projects. The responsibilities include: support personnel development in all administrative issues, responsible for the recruiting activities and applicant management, support the HR Director regarding the overall administration of performance management, compensation and benefits and other annual cycles or event
