Senior Integration Manager

Your role

In your role as Integration Manager you drive day-to-day execution of our integration process, including coaching cross-functional teams, managing weekly integration team meetings and driving proactive issue resolution. You coordinate the development of our integration strategy, planning and execution from blueprinting to execution and post-closing value capture. You oversee the development of detailed integration plans and milestones by working closely with multiple functional and cross-functional leads. You drive the consolidation of the integration plans, interdependencies and communication plans, drive the development and maintenance of the integration roadmap by monitoring and tracking performance against project milestones and metrics and escalating as required. You manage the reporting of issues, risks and dependencies, drive their resolution and proactively identify potential program gaps and corrective action.

You report to our VP Project Management Office in the US (San Francisco). You manage one or two integration Analysts to drive integration planning and execution.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree a plus
  • 7-10 years total work experience including a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in M&A Integration, Corporate Development and/or Program Management
  • Direct experience in M&A Integration planning and execution either within a top tier consulting firm or a technology firm
  • Strong project management skills
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience of communication with executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communications and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels. English is a must.
  • Ability to think in complex and ever-changing situations, solve problems and execute and transfer knowledge
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in working with cross-functional and international teams
