EMEA Senior Customer Success Manager

Your role

The EMEA Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible to lead the end-to-end holistic delivery of our EMEA operational service, across our internal functions to enable effective and seamless service excellence. You drive functional consistency and execution across EMEA. You lead both EMEA level internal and customer account reviews with strategic initiatives to drive internal and customer efficiencies. You build strategic and trusted operational partnership with our clients and Internal communities of interest across local, region and global teams. You support local country teams as SME for contractual SLA and operational terms. You globally align to our Customer Success Team to ensure that we create one seamless vision and journey for our customers. Your overall goal is to achieve world-class customer experience. In this role you report directly to the EMEA Director of Customer Success.

Your focus will be on external contact with key hyperscale customers and where necessary in-country customers. Internal contact will be between international and local Service Delivery, Operations, Sales and cross-functional teams.

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Service Delivery / Customer Success role
  • Customer facing leadership role in the Data Centre/IT or telecommunications sector
  • Degree (Bachelor) in the relevant field / area or equivalent
  • ITIL Certified
  • Excellent written and verbal, Technical communication,  fluent English
  • Experience of working in an international environment
  • Ability to understand contractual and SLA documentation.
  • Experience working in a Matrix organization
  • Strong approach to governance to ensure agreed customer services are provided
  • You are Service and Customer orientated, and give a strong example in collaboration and effective relationship management
  • Excellent Senior Stakeholder and Relationship Management
  • Strong in multitasking and setting priorities, pro-active, self-driven and ability to challenge the team.
