Overview

Your Role

The role of the Operations Admin is to support the Operations department by taking on organisational and administrative tasks so that department members can manage day-to-day operations and focus on data centre uptime.

He/she will support the local Swiss Operations team in various administrative and operational tasks to facilitate the work of the members and save time by ensuring that efficient administrative processes are in place and executed and assist in administrative and scheduling tasks as well as in the organisation, execution and documentation of meetings.

Scope range from Administrative Support, Travel, Training and Event Organization, Supplier Management and Receptionist Tasks.

 

What you’ll need

  • Completed commercial education or a comparable education (e.g. office administrator, executive assistant)
  • 3+ years-experience working in a related role
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally (at least B2 level), and German
  • Expert in MS Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Structured administration related working methods
  • Excellent skills in office management tasks, meeting organization and scheduling
  • Excellent and effective communications skills, both orally and written
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and service oriented
  • Positive approach to work and willingness to be part of a dynamic team
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work on different tasks at the same time

This position is part of the operations department, reports directly to the local Operations Manager and supports the entire department through its activities.
