Your role
- Fleet management: Guarantee the maintenance and good condition of service vehicles
- Ensure proper use of vehicles in accordance with defined procedures
- Maintain cleanliness in offices, meeting rooms, around sites and on sites
- Perform minor repairs to related sites (building, locksmith, plumbing, etc.), either by sub-contracting, or internally depending on the difficulty and extent of the corrective, in coordination with the site team
- Management of waste and sorting of waste, management of skips and rotations
- Site display and signage management (creation and maintenance, replacement if necessary) in coordination with QHSE and the Resi
- Monitor the proper maintenance of common areas (reception, meeting rooms, coffee machines, kitchen elements, sanitary facilities, etc.)
- Ensure minimal changes to offices: moves / layouts, furniture orders, etc.
- Follow the service ordered by the office manager for massive removals / layouts
- Manage the supplies and consumables necessary for the sites (including small tools): inventory management and renewal, keeping files up to date, + placing orders as well as the supply of consumables (cups, self-adhesive mats, etc.)
- be the relay of the teams to distribute the parcels for the site teams
- Manage site mail
What you'll need
- Experience of at least 2 years in this type of function, ideally in a similar data center operating environment
- Technical training (BTS) in one of the following areas: VSE-SME management assistantship, Factotum
- Technical versatility and Inventory management skills / experience are a plus
- Autonomy in the organization of works and ability to lead a team are appreciated
- Attention to detail and real concern for the quality of the work delivered
- Ability to be proactive and proactive
- Permanent consideration of security conditions
- Ease in communicating with third parties and internal customers
