SQHSE Manager

Overview

Your role 

As a Security / Quality / Health & Safety and Environment Manager you are reporting directly to the local Manager Operations and you are having up to five direct reports.  

In this important role you are working with a variety of stakeholders including geography leaders, business unit leaders and senior management to develop and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin SQHSE and operating standards, processes / procedures, accreditations and certifications company-wide primarily in accordance with SOC2, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 50001, PCI-DSS and ITIL v3.  

You will develop the SQHSE team in a way that it can deliver and assure compliance with Security and global standards, Health & Safety and legislation.  

Additional to many more responsibilities you will also manage your team procedures, processes and tools to delivery service excellence and create a positive team culture through achievement of results teamwork and professionalism.  

 

Your profile 

  • Master or bachelor’s degree level education, preferably in technical business administration 

  • Further education in risk and control or related fields is an advantage 

  • Minimum of 2- 5 years of relevant SQHSE experience with a multi-national corporation or consulting firm  

  • Security professional with a proven track in the security industry 

  • Recent and relevant experience with implementation and management of QHSE framework and management policies and procedures. 

  • tactical and strategic leadership strengths, outgoing, collaborative, go get mentality 

  • Ability to change and remove any unnecessary barriers to service excellence 

  • Exceptional planning and delivery skills 

  • Exceptional communication skills  

  • Proven track record of QHSE in European or Global Business 

  • Proven track record of managing and leading a team 

  • Qualified in Project Management techniques 

  • 3 years’ work experience in a data center or similar environment 

  • Advanced and specialized technical knowledge would be an advantage 

  • Fluent in English and German, both written and orally.
