The Service Security Manager (SSM) is responsible for the efficient and effective management of all aspects of physical security of the data centers on a 24/7 basis. The SSM assures a professional customer experience in the area of physical security, while maintaining strict compliance and adherence to all relevant policies, SLA’s and procedures. The SSM leads the team of Service Security Coordinators and supports the team to effectively manage the external Security Staffing Provider and maintain an up-to-date and efficient management and administration of customer deliveries and removals. The SSM is accountable for all Security Operations related SLA’s and related internal and external reports.
