Sales Enablement Manager

Your role

Are you an accomplished Sales Enablement specialist who’s keen to broaden the impact of their expertise while enjoying the challenge and buzz of giving an EMEA sales team the resources they need to excel? Then Interxion has the ideal role for you. Join us, and you could soon be responsible for building the Enablement and Training programmes designed to raise the efficiency and overall productivity of Interxion’s EMEA Sales organisation in support of our corporate goals and objectives. Along the way, you’ll act as the voice of sales as you regularly collaborate with our Global Sales Enablement team and stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and other cross-functional teams. And, when it comes to conducting needs analyses or developing resources to address gaps and opportunities for improvement that will directly impact on the overall productivity of the EMEA Sales organisation, again, we’ll count on you to deliver.

What you’ll need

  • A BA/BSc degree, plus relevant professional experience in Sales Enablement and Training or Marketing, preferably gained in the Telecommunications or IT industries
  • Excellent organisational skills, plus the ability to anticipate problems and roadblocks and effectively plan, prioritise, execute and follow-up in a timely manner
  • Self-motivation, a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach, coupled with a flair for defining process improvements and outlining strategies
  • The ability to create cross-departmental relationships, lead projects with diverse teams and influence decision making with senior-level audiences
  • A solutions-focus and ability to think creatively, brainstorm and challenge the status quo with new ideas
  • Proficiency using Salesforce, LMS and Sales enablement platforms, plus Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (experience of SharePoint and/or Camtasia a plus)
