Position: Senior Manager, Subscription to Revenue (Oracle Cloud ERP)

 

The Requirements

  • 10+ years of experienced Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle Enterprise Contract professional who has a strong understanding of Asset Based Ordering using Configure Price Quote (CPQ).
  • A minimum of 10 years of Oracle functional experience with at least two years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle SaaS Cloud Modules CPQ, Oracle Subscription Management, Oracle Enterprise Contract, and Oracle Order Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Contract creating Contract Templates, Contract Approvals, Customer Facing Documents, etc.
  • Excellent Knowledge of complete Subscription Lifecycle, focusing on Renewals, Amendment, Termination, and pricing
  • Strong knowledge of either CPQ (any product) and Order-to-Cash process, integrating with Subscription Management Cloud.
  • Oracle Cloud Business Analyst, emphasizing Oracle Subscription Billing, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, and Oracle CPQ. 
  • A good understanding of handshake between the CX cloud and Oracle ERP cloud application, focusing on CPQ and Oracle SM, OM, and SM.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Contract, Revenue Management, and Order Management teams
  • Provide hands-on support to other departments such as Configure to Order, Order to Invoice, and Contract to Quote.
  • Oracle SaaS Cloud certification in any of the above areas is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated experience in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Business process analysis and redesign experience, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign, and implementation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience as a solution architect and writing functional specifications, functional solution design for technical development
  • Strong experience in Business process analysis and redesign experience, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign, and implementation
  • Possess strong leadership skills, functional advisor and manager of technology resources
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized & Independent

 

The Role

As a Senior Manager, Subscription to Revenue (Oracle Cloud ERP), your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Conduct business interviews in solidifying business system requirements
  • Ensure the business requirements are broken down into technical user stories for development
  • Setup/configure Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle Enterprise Contract module according to the business requirement.
  • Work with offshore/onsite technical team to develop technical enhancements based on the business requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Contract, Revenue Management, Finance, and Order Management teams
  • Responsible for application configuration, technical specification, and Standard Operating Procedure documents
  • Responsible for Production Support and enhancements
  • A Subject Matter Expert in Contract to Quote, Contract to Order, Quote to Subscription, and Subscription to Invoice, tracks which can support the business team in navigating through the application.
  • Provide hands-on production support to other departments such as Configure to Order, Order to Invoice, and Contract to Quote.
  • Implement the Oracle Subscription Management (SM) and Oracle Enterprise contract modules in an ABO environment.
