Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll lead, manage and guide our service planning function. In effect, you’ll ensure all our services are planned effectively to meet every customer’s SLA requirements, as well as operational standards and timescales. This means you’ll have overall financial, people and resource management responsibility for service planning. This includes everything from setting out the strategic scope and policies for service planning, to overseeing relevant processes, and scheduling, directing and overseeing your team’s work. So, you’ll need to analyse performance, monitor service operations capacity and adapt your plans to make sure we’re always meeting customer needs and expectations.
