Marketing Manager

Your role

To develop and deliver a focused marketing strategy for the country that targets local, regional and global prospects that will fill the country sales pipeline. Along the way, you’ll get to work in partnership with the country team and collaborate and co-ordinate with our local agencies and global marketing teams. What’s more, your activities will cover the full marketing mix - from designing a strategy, to tactical execution using digital tools, events, social media, PR, and brand building

What you’ll need

  • Educated to degree level in either Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent 
  • Extensive marketing experience within the technology sector, including exposure to digital, channel marketing, business development and social media
  • A strong and demonstrable understanding of local marketing approaches to acquire and retain customers
  • A proven track record of partnering with sales management and sales teams and managing an agency
  • Excellent planning, prioritising, budget management and analytical skills plus a hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to work well independently
  • Experience of using Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Pardot/Marketo) and Salesforce.com to drive and optimise marketing performance
  • Fluency in English and German, both in writing and orally, plus the ability to motivate teams and build effective relationships with multiple stakeholder groups

As always, we offer a competitive salary and benefits (based on our collective agreement we pay at least 3.121,40 € gross per month).
