Do you have what it takes to help an Account Manager manage, service and coordinate a customer base of around 500? Then this role is ideal for you. Primarily phone and online based, and involving both reactive and proactive activity, you’ll be responsible for responding to enquiries and calling customers to carry out sales and marketing campaigns. You’ll also get to liaise with internal stakeholders in our UK team, delegate enquiries to relevant departments and track responses when appropriate. Uncovering and profiling potential sales opportunities for the Account Manager, and helping to develop them where necessary, will be an important aspect of the role too. And, when it comes to working with our HQ legal team to negotiate customer terms & conditions, carrying out CRM maintenance or helping to optimise the sales process, again, we’ll count on you.
