Service Delivery Specialist /Service Manager / Success Manager / Relationship Manager

Overview

Your role

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you are responsible for end-to-end customer experience journey across accounts in Switzerland. You will be responsible for SLA, OLA and Incident Reporting, arrange Service Review Meetings and handle customer audits. You are the internal pivot point for the customer for any inquiry and ensure that they are assigned to and handled by the right department on time. As the central point of contact, you also handle customer escalations and ensure that they are completed and documented quickly. In this role, you act as a liaison between multiple internal and external stakeholders such as customer service, facility management, finance, account management, security, suppliers, and our customers.


Your profile
•    A well-balanced person who can work under pressure and can handle escalations calmly and competently
•    Self-organized, solution-oriented and a strong sense of urgency while keeping an eye for detail
•    A team player who contributes to team efforts and can also work independently, demonstrating initiative and proactiveness.  
•    Confident and effective communication skills, both oral and written
•    Capability to assemble the bigger picture based on various sources of information.
•    Bachelor / Master’s degree, preferably in a technical field
•    Ability to work in Matrix-organization orchestrating delivery from different teams
•    5 years’ experience being in a customer facing role 
•    Technical expertise (datacenter, telecommunications, IT or electrical field)
•    Strong technical writing, reporting and presentation skills 
•    Fluent in German and English, (minimum C1), both in writing and orally
