Recruitment Coordinator - Maternity Cover

Your role

If ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative recruiting tasks and helping to deliver a world-class candidate experience sounds like a challenge you’d relish, read on. Right now, we're looking for a well-organised, detail-oriented, pro-active individual with a real interest in the ever evolving world of talent acquisition to join our TA team. Your challenge? To help a TA Business Partner to attract and hire top talent by operating a robust, timely and well-documented recruitment environment and support the improvement and implementation of best practice in Talent Acquisition processes. Along the way, you’ll also get to help build trusted relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners alike, in order to influence and deliver TA strategies that meet our current and future business needs. 

What you’ll need

  • Recruiter or equivalent experience, preferably gained in an international environment, that involved working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience of the operational facets of the recruitment process - from writing texts and sourcing candidates to interviewing and, ideally, the offer process
  • Highly developed administrative skills (using our ATS and CRM Tools) plus a flair for multi-tasking
  • The ability to collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures - a team player who can offer creative and constructive ideas
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems (ideally SuccessFactors, Oracle Recruiting Cloud) and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool
  • Excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft office suite
  • Dedication and ambition, a growth mindset and good problem solving skills - someone who takes the initiative and follows-through authoritatively
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
