You’ll play a key role in managing major accounts and growing our business in your country. This role does not have an OTE.
Managing the local relationships with a range of global and regional clients and liaising with Interxion operations teams, you’ll make sure we achieve our strategic aims. This will involve building strong working relationships with key decision-makers in your portfolio of clients and acting as the main point of contact for global and regional account managers, as well as local sales and marketing teams, to make the most of inbound opportunities. With a focus on giving customers a consistent, high quality experience, you’ll carry out regular business reviews to understand their needs. You’ll also help to build customer revenue by providing insights and intelligence, monitoring performance and supporting local Interxion teams to identify and exploit new business and cross selling opportunities. This will involve keeping all customer documentation up-to-date on Salesforce.com and sharing your local knowledge and insights.
