 POSITION: Sr. Manager, Stock Plan Administrator

This role offers you the opportunity to make an impact at one of the largest full-service data center providers in the world.  We are looking for an intelligent, collaborative, and customer-focused equity compensation professional to join our Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Compensation, you will be a high functioning individual contributor on the team, managing all aspects of our equity and ESPP plan administration, and providing key analyses to inform the direction of LTI design and other executive compensation matters.

 

The Requirements

To meet the basic qualifications for this role you will have:

  • 7+ years relevant work experience, with at least 3 years administering complex stock plans in global, public-traded company.
  • Experience with a variety of equity award forms (i.e. RSU, PSU, ESPP).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
  • Knowledge of SEC filings, 10b5-1 plans, and stock ownership compliance administration. Understanding Directors and Officers compliance & reporting including Section 16 compliance and related Proxy reporting requirements.
  • CEP – Certified Equity Professional certification is a plus.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our global equity and ESPP plans and for providing key analyses and reports to inform the direction of LTI design and other executive matters.  You will work closely with employees at all levels and partner with cross-functional teams.

Specifically, you will:

  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of all stock plan activity. Activities include, but are not limited to, grants, amendments, exercises, settlements, dividends, cancellations, etc.
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of all Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) activity. Activities include, but are not limited to, purchases, elections changes, withdrawals, deductions reconciliation, etc.  
  • Respond timely to employee and management inquires, coordinating with internal teams and vendors as appropriate to resolve issues.
  • Manage annual, semi-annual, and ad hoc projects related to the stock plan and the ESPP. Projects include, but are not limited to, semi-annual ESPP enrollments, semi-annual ESPP purchases, year-end cycle LTI planning, annual LTI plan setup with the equity plan vendor, etc.
  • Generate and analyze recurrent and ad-hoc equity reports for multiple internal and external corporate partners (e.g., HR/Total Rewards, Payroll, Tax, Legal, Finance, etc.). Analyses include, but are not limited to, termination modeling, proxy table analysis, support for compensation committee materials, budget modeling, etc.
  • Contribute to decisions involving the design, implementation, and delivery of equity programs.
  • Manage relationship with third-party vendor (Fidelity).
  • Ensure integrity of record keeping of all equity data.

Ensure appropriate documentation of all stock plan and ESPP matters for both internal and external audit compliance.
