Collaborating closely with the Global Marketing and senior leadership stakeholders, you will design, monitor, and optimize dashboards and reports that inform strategic program and business decisions, ultimately leading to increased efficiency and productivity.

What you’ll do 

  • Proactively identify business problems and opportunities, facilitating cross-functional analysis to uncover root causes and drive sustained competitive advantage.
  • Lead the definition of best practices and standards for analyses, reports, and data visualization across marketing programs.
  • Glean insights on funnel velocity and campaign performance at all stages.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate complex insights clearly and compellingly.
  • Determine the impact of marketing initiatives through quantitative data and research.
  • Create graphs, reports, and dashboards, present data analysis results to senior management with recommendations.
  • Execute pre- and post-marketing program analysis, ROI determination, and other necessary analytics for global and regional needs.
  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality in line with business reporting and data governance standards.
  • Drive project management for marketing-level analytics initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Act as lead in supporting and producing reporting updates supporting change programs 

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency / knowledge with key marketing technologies such as Marketo, Bizible, SFDC, DemandBase, Google Suite (Analytics, Ads, Search Console) 
  • Proficiency with data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4/Looker Studio, Big Query, Marketo, PowerBI)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint) for purposes of analyzing data and communicating insights 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and key revenue performance metrics.
  • Experience with marketing attribution and influence modeling across multiple channels.
  • Keen eye for information design and visual communication.
  • A proactive, learn-it-all mentality with a focus on continuous improvement and designing scalable solutions from the start. 
  • Unmatched attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
