Legal Administration Manager

Your role

Providing support to the Senior Vice President Legal and the Global Legal Risk Sustainability team, including commercial contracting and corporate legal, and perform administrative tasks. The purpose of this role is to deliver the operational aspects of the Business Support function effectively and efficiently. 

You will assist with:

• YARDI financial software 
  • Onboarding of new suppliers; 
  • raising POs in YARDI; 
  • coordinating approval of invoices in YARDI for payment; 
  • answering emails to suppliers when invoices have not been paid; 
  • advising Finance Department on suspicious invoices. 
     
• Monthly Legal Accruals Report for Finance Department and PO confirmation 
• Coordinating signature of documents by MDs in different countries 
• Liaison with Dutch Notary and third parties for legalization of documents and Apostille
• Insurance
  • Assisting with on-line UBO request for obtaining CAR insurance;
  • Coordinating insurance requests from construction team members;
  • Coordinating EMEA insurance payables;
  • Coordinating EMEA CAR program (e.g., resolving CAR issues etc.).
• Online Trade Registry searches
• Special projects/assignments as directed by the SVP Legal (e.g., Tenders, RFP, M&A etc.)
• Global entity management
• Responsible for checking of documents before being signed by SVP Legal

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of relevant similar experience

Fluent in English and Dutch

Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize

Exceptional attention to detail
