Your role

As a key leader at Digital Realtyyou will spearhead the marketing efforts for our sub region, driving the business to new heights and aligning with our ambitious regional and global goalsIn this pivotal roleyou will managedevelopand execute a strategic marketing plan that is tailored to the sub region while remaining closely integrated with our overarching global and regional strategiesYour mission will be to generate direct and indirect demand, nurture opportunity pipeline, and contribute to the growth of our install base across Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Nordics. You manage a team of 9 FTE across multiple regions in Marketing, Communication and PR

You' ll work alongside decentralized, high performing teams across multiple regions, harnessing their expertise to achieve shared success. As the Sub-regional Marketing Leader, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, reporting to the Sub-regional Marketing leader and having a functional line to the Senior Director EMEA Brand Marketing and strategy. You'll be a vital member of the core sub-regional leadership team, Playing an instrumental role in shaping the future of our business as it continues to evolve.

What you’ll need

  • Finished relevant Bachelors or asters, preferably in a related discipline or equivalent build up working experience
  • Demonstrable success in leading marketing teams and campaigns in multiple countries with a track record of achieving significant business impact.
  • Substantial experience in Marketing leadership roles within an international business, preferably a utility, IT, data center services or telecommunications company.
  • Proven experience in effectively leading, managing and developing teams across geographically dispersed locations.
  • Previous experience of working effectively and collaboratively within a Matrix environment.
  •  Advanced level proficiency in the use of MS Productivity tools, and Marketing automation tools, such as Marketa, demandbase
  • Ability to interface with internal functional teams in Operations, Sales, Finance, Product and segment. External contact with Customers and suppliers.
  •  Problem solving ability - Breaks down problems into smaller components, understands underlying issues, can simplify and process complex issues, and understands the difference between critical details and unimportant facts.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Listens attentively, speaks clearly and conciselycreates accurate and punctual reportsand can communicate on different stakeholder levels and with sensitivity.
