Position Title: Space & Power Product Manager (APAC)

Your role
Digital Realty is looking for enthusiastic Space and Power Product Managers to manage the development, management, and success of the company's data center products and services. This role involves understanding customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to ensure that the company's offerings meet the demands of the market and support the company's business objectives.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the Global Product Owner to ensure the Space and Power product offerings are consistent globally.
- Support overall capacity planning and investment decision (including new markets) to ensure up to date inventory is available for the product portfolio
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, available inventory, market research, from the APAC region to support product improvements and innovations.
- Support the development and maintenance of product catalogue in APAC that aligns with global strategic goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and ongoing support in the APAC region.
- Communicate product status, key issues, and launch plans to stakeholders and executive leadership and address key issues as they arise.
- Train and support the APAC teams (e.g. Sales, SE, Marketing, etc) on product features, processes, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
- Monitor and analyze product performance in the APAC region.
- Support the development of APAC sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, etc.
- Collaborate with the APAC teams to define and optimize Non-Recurring Charges (NRC) for Space and Power products.
- Provide pre-sales and marketing support for strategic customers and key events.
- Provide backup support for Interconnect products in APAC

What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree in Product Management is a plus
- Over a decade of product management experience in data center or technology environment, with a deep understanding of evolving technologies and market trends.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, and feature definition.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data, translate customer needs into product features, and make data-driven decisions to enhance product performance.
- Expertise in conducting competitive analysis, market research, and user testing to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in product performance management, with skills in setting, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, with experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on delivering customer value.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools, analytics platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to the data center or IT services industry.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products that solve real-world problems.
- may also be required to travel to other markets or other locations where customer IT / engineering groups are located to conduct and lead on-site meetings. Therefore may require approximately [10%] travel
