HR Associate (f/m/d) - temporary assignment (till April 2026)

Your Role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Associate (f/m/d) to provide essential operational support within our Human Resources department. You will play a key role in ensuring daily maintenance of the time recording tool, the preparation of essential reports for payroll, absence, and KPI tracking, all in alignment with legal standards and company policies. Your role will be focused on supporting in payroll preparation and benefits administration for our German team.

You’ll also handle employee inquiries related to payroll, work with confidential HR information, and manage sick-leave records and other lifecycle administrative tasks. Additionally, you will liaise with authorities, social insurance, and tax offices. Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a similar HR related area or further training as a HR specialist (eg. PFK)
• Min. 3 years of proven experience in a HR associate role or Administrative personnel function
• High degree of responsibility and diligence in dealing with confidential data
• Skilled knowledge of time and attendance, and shift pattens
• Collaborative team player with a results-driven attitude and easy adapting to change
• German and English with high verbal and written communication skills
