Your Role

 

The Data Center Support Technician (f/m/d) bridges first- and second-level support, handling complex service requests that require advanced technical expertise. This role ensures smooth troubleshooting, manages incidents, and escalates issues when necessary. Key responsibilities include performing hands-on interventions, monitoring vendor services, supporting migrations, responding to infrastructure alerts, and acting as Incident Manager. Accurate documentation and collaboration with the Data Center Manager are essential to maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

 

  • Vocational qualification in a technical field (electricians preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Telco, IT, or data center environments.
  • Experience with HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and self-motivated.
