Manager Data Center (f/m/d)

Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated leader who excels in fostering collaboration, driving efficiency, and securing the long-term success of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning objectives across teams, ensuring accountability, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Your focus will be on identifying and addressing inefficiencies at their root, enabling more effective processes and reducing future costs through proactive planning and strategic decision-making.

Additionally, you will play a key role in conflict resolution, working methodically to find solutions and promote growth. By staying informed of market trends and technological advancements, you will help guide the development of talent within the organization, ensuring that our teams are positioned for long-term success. You will lead with integrity, fostering transparency, trust, and a strong sense of responsibility among your team members. This role requires a thoughtful, strategic approach to leadership, focused on both immediate and future outcomes.

Your Profile

• 5 - 10 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role within a multinational matrix organization, managing direct and indirect reports
• 5 – 10 years’ experience working in mission-critical mechanical & electrical environments within a large company, IT/Telecoms industry preferred
• 3+ years’ experience managing a technical facilities management function
• Understanding of maintenance governance principles
• Certification in Change Management or Continuous Improvement methodologies (preferred).
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Stress-resistant; knows how to prioritize
• Pro-active; Can-do mentality, Will delegate when appropriate
• Proficient in English both written and verbal; German is an advantage
