Your role

Interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for all operational recruitment activities, fulfilling the business recruitment needs. Also makes sure, that the conditions required to start the recruitment activities are met (e.g. budget approved, JD finalized, etc.).

Interim TABP is the owner for the overall client (internal stakeholders) and candidate (applicant) experience within the organization and makes sure the local and global processes are implemented and followed. He / she takes charge in developing and implementing solutions, with the goal of improving processes and standards (best practice) and reaching the KPIs defined. 

 

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of full Cycle Recruitment Experience; 
  • You bring a professional level of expertise in the following areas:
    • E2E operational recruitment (from position approval to offer closing)
    • Conducting and documenting interviews for various roles (from associate to director) 
    • MS Office environment (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience of working with international stakeholders
  • Fluent German and English language skills; additional European languages would be an advantage
