Implementation Services Manager (f/m/d)

Your Role

Join our team as an Implementation Services Manager (f/m/d) and take charge of designing and delivering project-oriented initiatives that drive our company's success. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from budgeting to stakeholder management, ensuring that defined business outcomes are achieved. Whether it's technical, organizational, or commercial in nature, your role will be pivotal in defining delivery structures, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects align with our business plans.

As the key driver in project initiation, you'll spearhead requirements capture, business case development, and detailed design. Your role extends to creating comprehensive project structures, managing timelines and budgets, and fostering clear communication with stakeholders. With your strong leadership and coordination skills, you'll navigate challenges, resolve issues, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery. Your Profile

• Vocational training in the field of Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical or Mechanical or a similar background compared with relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in a technical environment preferred within a mechanical or electrotechnical field
• Experience in administrative work and working with the MS-Office Package
• Skilled in communication with a strong customer focus and an independent way of working
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English
