The role 

As a Senior Analyst in Customer Data Management, you will be integral to the lead-to-cash process by ensuring customer data records are accurate and governed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help build a successful Customer Data Management program from the ground up. Utilizing your business acumen and data analysis skills, you will help the team manager coordinate all aspects of Customer Data Management

 

What you’ll do

  • Dive into large data sets, help build and document processes, collaborate cross-functionally, write requirements, manage escalations, and monitor our work queue. 
  • Learn existing processes surrounding data quality and governance to support work overflow.
  • Identify and rectify any trends of errors or inconsistencies to uphold the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Maintain strict adherence to internal business process SLAs, guaranteeing data amendments are completed within designated timeframes.
  • Comply with data protection regulations and company policies regarding the secure and confidential handling of customer information.
  • Support the wider data administration and other teams as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness and a collaborative environment.

What you’ll need

  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience in data analysis and building business processes is a must.
  • Experience in Salesforce, MDM systems, Alteryx, SQL, or other data tools a plus.
  • Ability to handle data update requests promptly and with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • A collaborative team player who is adaptable and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A solid understanding of data management practices.
