Property Technician (f/m/d)

Your Role

As a Property Technician (f/m/d), you are a specialist in providing various facility support services to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our buildings and outdoor areas.

Maintenance and management of non-technical services within the facility are tasks you perform with precision and ease.

Cleaning, janitorial services, waste disposal, pest control, landscaping, and monitoring cleaning activities are just some of the tasks you handle as part of building maintenance and internal service requests.

Your Profile

• Technical background or comparable experience
• Trained as a heating or sanitary installer, gas/water installer, or have a technical background or similar experience
• Previous experience in the data center industry or a critical infrastructure company (utilities, airport, etc.) preferred
• You have a strong attention to detail, organizational talent, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment
• Familiarity with security protocols and regulations for data centers is a plus
• You have good interpersonal skills when dealing with employees at all levels of the company
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You are committed and have good organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a structured manner
• You possess good administrative skills and can work under pressure and set priorities
• Teamwork and customer orientation are not foreign concepts to you.
