Sales Support

Position Title: Sales Support
Location: London

Your role

The Sales Support will provide day to day support to our Global Account Directors in all steps of the pre and post sales processes. Working in a small and dynamic team that is core to the business you will ensure the delivery of excellent customer experience and build strong relationships, both internally and externally. 

The role offers global exposure and the opportunity to work with a diverse mix of teams and people across the business, and the potential to get involved with an exciting range of sales events.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone eventually looking to move into a Global Account Director role in one of the fastest growing sectors in the world.

What you’ll need

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Support in a global organisation with international customers
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience in working with a small high calibre team
  • Fantastic organisational skills

What you'll do

  • Perform day to day administration activities to support the sales team.
  • Prepares proposals and agreements within given formats.
  • Manage the processing of opportunities and orders in Salesforce where appropriate.
  • Collate information from different business functions for input into sales documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other internal teams to ensure that all teams support sales with commitments to our customers.
  • Ensure Account Knowledge Management is maintained as a central repository of the data, information, and knowledge needed to manage the lifecycle of services to Customers.
  • Identify, manage, and create awareness of both standard and non-standard Customer requirements including T&Cs, SLAs, reporting, access rules, and H&E.
  • Local process owner for the sales processes, accountable for the effectiveness, improvement, and outcomes of the process.
  • Work closely with other internal business functions such as Commercial, Finance, Service Design, Service Transition, CSMs as well as with the other departments.
