Your Role
Are you ready to be the connection between our Technician's and Engineer's? Join us as a Customer Service Engineer at Digital Realty, where you'll handle complex customer service requests and operational technical interventions. You'll be the crucial link between initial troubleshooting and more in-depth technical assistance, ensuring seamless support for our clients. This role involves direct customer interaction, monitoring infrastructure alerts, and providing advanced first-line up to second-line support, as well as overseeing contractors and performing site inspections.
Working in a shift pattern to enable 24x7 data center operations, you'll execute migration activities, monitor and document customer services, and support incident and problem management. You'll also guide junior colleagues, inform clients and stakeholders about intervention progress, and record all interventions for feedback and reporting purposes.
