Position Title:   Senior Manager, Global Partner Marketing – Channel and Alliances

Location: Dallas, TX 

Your role The purpose of this role is to lead, develop and execute campaigns, collateral and content to support the Global Channel & Alliance Marketing strategy. This includes developing joint GTM programmes and campaigns in collaboration with primarily global partners and regional partners. This role will have a strong alignment to the global Channel & Alliance/Segments teams and work with the Regional, Field Marketing and Sales teams across EMEA, North America and APAC.

The role will execute joint go-to-market activities, such as cloud on-ramp launches and manage marketing collaboration with alliance partners. The role will also ensure that Digital Realty leverages available partner opportunities – for example by managing branding, profile and MDF opportunities in global Partner portals. Manage and execute demand generation programs and campaigns together with selected partners to elevate Digital Realty’s indirect route to the enterprise market to generate demand, create awareness, and acquire new customers. 

What you’ll do 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive joint marketing strategies in collaboration with defined key partners. 
  • Launch new joint capabilities with strategic partners, including, but not limited to, Cloud On Ramps, solution centers etc.
  • Support nonpriority strategic alliance partners on an ad hoc basis, as resources and budget allow.
  • Working with the Director, Global Partner Marketing, Strategic Alliances, collaborate with partners and the Global alliance team to create compelling and relevant marketing collateral, including co-branded content, case studies, and whitepapers. 
  • Manage the content for strategic alliances on the Digital Realty Website.
  • Manage opportunities and brand awareness for Digital Realty in strategic alliance portals – for example Digital Realty’s profile and options for MDF in Oracle, AWS and other partner’s portals.
  • Working with the Director, Global Partner Marketing, Strategic Alliances, develop and manage customized integrated campaigns for delivery with top priority partners.
  • Deliver & activate enablement tools such as battle cards, FAQs, and sales guides.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to deliver strategic alliance-focused activities and events for customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the regional Marketing teams to create and drive strategic alliance demand and lead generation campaigns, including email campaigns, and promotional offers. 
  • Work collaboratively with the Segment and Channels & Alliances teams on partner events, and specific channel marketing tactics and program execution.
  • Develop and manage key reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and programs to make adjustments as needed.
  • Establish Key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner marketing initiatives, specifically around the performance of activities with strategic alliances – for example for cloud On Ramp launches.
  • Safeguard the brand identity, messaging and positioning across all outbound C  &  A    communications
  • Other tasks and assignments needed to support Partner marketing activities.

  • Min 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, primarily in B2B tech.
  • A solid understanding of Data Center services, cloud architecture and the cloud / Hybrid Cloud landscapes
  • Demonstrated success in marketing roles that are partner-facing and field-facing.
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in international organisations
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally. Other European languages is an advantage.
