Your role

Digital Realty’s strategy is to build leading connected data communities in our target segments. AI is accelerating massively our market opportunity, and we are looking to grow our team globally. In this context, your role will be to lead our ecosystem activities with selected Go to Market partners amongst System Integrators (SIs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) on a global basis. As part of our Strategy and Business Development team, you will be responsible to identify the target accounts, define the ecosystem strategy and engage with senior stakeholders to create joint value propositions and initiate joint sales motion.

What you'll do 

  • Assess market trends, translate strategic opportunity and lead cross-functional teams   
  • Set the long-term goals and objectives for the segment and specific strategic accounts (4-5 key accounts amongst SIs and MSPs) 
  • Build the strategy, approach and product/value proposition to create the right GTM model that maximizes assets and expertise together with partner 
  • Create a programmatic and customer led business development plan for each account 
  • Engage and deliver on this strategy creating market leading partnerships and initiating joint sales motion in our global markets 
  • Become integral part of our Service Provider team and bring your unique and diverse perspective to shape our global strategy for the segment 

What you'll need 

  • Understanding of business strategy, products, applications in context of SIs and MSPs and  B2B Cloud Service Providers 
  • Access to network of contacts of industry experts, customers, suppliers, partners at influencing and decision making level  
  • Significant work experience and track record of delivering results in business development, product marketing or strategic selling role in IT and / or communications industry 
  • Proven ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate complex partnership agreements in multinational setting with senior decision makers 
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken  
  • Degree required; MBA or University Degree in applicable discipline 
  • Flexibility to travel internationally
