Technical Team Lead (f/m/d) Property Management

Your Role

Are you ready to take charge of managing and maintaining our non-white space areas? Join us as a Manager Property at Digital Realty, where you'll oversee the daily operations of office buildings and exterior surfaces, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Your role includes performing regular property inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring all services meet our global standards for security and cleanliness.

You'll collaborate with the Finance team to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports, providing clear explanations for any variances. Additionally, you'll manage contracts, ensuring compliance and maintaining an updated contract database in collaboration with the Service Planning team. Your responsibilities also include logistics management with support from the security team, overseeing site operational purchases, and ensuring effective vendor PO processes. Your Profile

• Vocational training with further education in the field of construction, data centre, telecommunication or a similar experience with a electrotechnical or mechanical background
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role within a technical environment and in a leadership position
• A strong understanding of financial terms and principals
• A proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
• Fluent in German & English
