Your role 

Digital Realty, a global leader in data center solutions, is seeking a motivated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Operations Manager to join our innovative content strategy team on our global growth marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of marketing experience overall, with 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, and 3+ years managing ABM operations.

What you’ll do 

ABM Operations and Execution:

  • Implement and manage ABM programs and campaigns, leveraging marketing automation platforms and other tools to execute personalized and targeted marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of ABM initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

Account Segmentation and Targeting:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to segment target accounts based on various criteria, such as industry, company size, and buyer personas.
  • Develop account profiles and personas to understand the unique needs, challenges, and preferences of each target account segment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging, content, and campaigns with the specific needs of each account segment.

Content Personalization for Campaigns:

  • Work closely with the content team to develop or modify existing compelling and personalized content assets, such as case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces, tailored to the needs of target accounts.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms and personalization tools to deliver relevant and timely content to target accounts through various channels.

Sales Enablement Campaigns:

  • Manage operations for quarterly sales enablement “DigitalDAY” campaigns in multiple regions, as a subset of the ABM program.

Technology and Tools:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ABM technologies, tools, and best practices, and recommend and implement new tools to enhance ABM operations and effectiveness.

Collaborate with the marketing operations team to ensure data accuracy, integration, and alignment between ABM platforms and CRM systems

What you’ll need 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B and ABM operations.
  • Strong technical skills: expert using tools like Demandbase, Salesforce, Marketo, PowerBI, etc. Able to independently create reports, queries, and set up campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in project management software. Monday.com experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Eagerness to adapt to new content marketing trends and technologies.

Our Compensation Philosophy

Digital Realty offers its employees a highly competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and an environment that recognizes and rewards your contributions. Central to our compensation philosophy is rewarding our employees for achieving the values and objectives aligned to the company's overall goals and values.

Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee’s total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.

Compensation range: 96,000.00 - 144,000.00.  This compensation range represents the Company’s good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.
